The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, experience in financial reporting, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This role is essential in maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.

• Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of general ledger entries.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.

• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Assist with audits and implement changes based on audit findings.

• Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.

• Provide financial analysis and insights to management as needed.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the tech industry.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

• CPA certification is a plus.
