Job Description
We are looking for a knowledgeable, experienced Desktop Support technician with a high aptitude for customer service to work in LaGrange, KY. Candidates must also be experienced with desktop support, including but not limited to installation, troubleshooting, and repair of devices in a Windows-based environment. Along with desktop duties, the candidate may be required to assist with security cameras, servers, and network switches. This position will provide desktop support to the staff within the complex.
Qualified candidates must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to lift and carry heavy objects or work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time. The candidate must be able to pass a background check and extensive drug test prior to starting. Training is held once a month, which can last up to three weeks. This training teaches them how to work, adapt, and conduct themselves in this environment.

- Need strong organization skills and ability to work without a lot of supervision.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
