Where is the work:

Onsite:

This is a part time onsite role based in La Crosse, WI. This position is four days a week. Usually Monday through Thursday with an occasional Friday. Hopeful hours 730 AM to 2PM with flexibility.

Job Summary:

Our team is hiring a part-time Training and Logistics Coordinator to support our Trane Commercial service technical training operations located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. In this role, you will support the Service Technician Training team by executing completion of standard work, to include planning logistics and catering for classes held onsite in La Crosse, as well as working to create an exceptional customer experience for students and visitors to the training center. This is a great opportunity for someone with interest or experience in learning and development, a keen attention to detail and a passion for engagement!

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the logistics of onsite classes including catering orders, food delivery, setup, clean up and facility usage.

  • Assist customers by managing e-mail Inbox, fielding inquiries regarding training.

  • Lend your creative talents and build and update welcome monitor slides, helping to ensure customers have a quality experience while in La Crosse.

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks that directly support our programs

  • Assist learners with course registration questions and admission policies

  • Work with the training team to support learning initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members

  • Ability to create efficiencies in existing processes

  • Experience with e-learning platforms, Concur, P-Cards a plus

  • Self-Management skills that allow you to work independently and with a team

  • 1-3 years relevant experience (learning and development, event planning, office administration)

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $25,000 to $35.000
