Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time RN,Professional Development Nurse (Nurse Educator) supporting our ambulatoryand proceduralcare departments. What you will do: Fulfill a 1.0 FTE, salaried position Serves the following clinics, based in La Crosse with occasional coverage in Onalaska:Cardiology, Cardio testing, and Pulmonary Evaluate nursing practice, assess practice gaps, identify learning needs, both within area of responsibility and at the system level Provide clinical expertise and practice guidance for RNs, Tech\'s and MAs Facilitate professional role development and growth of nursing staff along the continuum from novice to expert!
