Schedule Weekly Hours:0 Gundersen Health System is seeking a casual, on-call Patient Attendant within our Patient Experience Department. Be one of the first people to make a great impression on patients and their loved ones when they arrive at our Onalaska Clinic location. What you will do: Fulfill an on-call position - you would know your schedule in advance Shifts are 8-hours: Monday through Friday, either 6:30am-3pm or 8:30am - 5pm. Work a minimum of one shift per 6-week schedule Greet, direct, escort, and assist patients and their loved ones to/from their destinations Monitor parking and traffic at clinic entrances Maintain wheelchairs to ensure cleanliness and safety What you will get: Starting pay of \$15.83 + more for experience An engaged team with a welcoming environment Flexible scheduling A job you will love! Follows procedures to request help for patients and visitors in need of urgent assistance. 4. Responds to customer complaints/concerns/compliments using appropriate resources. 5.
