Essential Qualifications Strong organizational skills Supervisory experience Project planning and execution Maintenance forecasting and budgeting Process and procedure development Ability to do light construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, vehicle maintenance, or other related tasks Experience driving a culture of safety Desire to work in a non-profit and working with people with disabilities A Day in the Life of the Maintenance Manager Your day will be filled with planned and unexpected tasks. The focus is to ensure our participants and staff have a safe and clean environment from which to learn and grow. It is ensuring that all of our vehicles are in top working order to provide safe travel. You will have days where you are providing training to staff on the best safety practices of our organization. You will be proactively maintaining our infrastructure to ensure that everything stays in the best possible condition to avoid impacts on the services we provide. You will be fixing and maintaining what you can and outsourcing tasks as needed. Supervise staff for timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects. You work directly with all levels of staff. Work Schedule This full-time exempt position works flexible hours that typically fall between Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM 6:00 PM. Some projects may occasionally require nights or weekends.
