Job Description: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor\'s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field or equivalent years of comparable work experience and education. Master\'s degree preferred in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field. Certification/Registration/Licensure: N/A Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare administration, management, or business development. POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of M&A and Business Development leads, plans, directs and collaborates with AST/SLT and service line leaders on all aspects of growth through, M&A and business development, through mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, joint ventures, partnerships, divestitures (all known as M&A) and all Business Development initiatives and programs for the system. The Director also owns and maintains the overall enterprise level growth pipeline which includes M&A, business development and innovation activities. In addition, the Director owns the P&L. The director will also own, lead and administrate the enterprise\'s community investment fund. The Director facilitates, organizes and project manages the M&A process including pre-diligence, LOI formation, formal due diligence, definitive agreements and integration planning. The Director is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the M&A and business development enterprise framework and associated operating models.
