Job Title: General Labor

Job Description

The General Laborer will engage in tasks that may involve working both indoors and outdoors. Responsibilities include stripping finished products from forms, operating a crane to move products onto trailers, cleaning products using grinders, and driving semis through the yard to the staging area.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Valders, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

The work environment includes three different plants. These plants are heated during winter, but large overhead doors are frequently open, leading to cooler temperatures in winter and warmer in summer. Outdoor tasks are performed in all weather conditions.
