About the role

Park Hyatt Kyoto is currently seeking an experienced Engineering(Facility Management) Assistant Manager who will be responsible for the support of efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will be supporting Director of Engineering for the smooth and efficient running of the activities of mainly hotel facility managing, connecting with people so they can be their best. A good understanding of multi-tasking and caring for our guests and team will ensure your shift is full of exciting challenges.

Qualifications

Non-Japanese national applicants must have a diploma/qualification.

Minimum 2 years work experience as Engineering / Facility Management, preferably in Hotels.

Professional Communication skills in Japanese, and beginner level of English are required.

Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are required.
