We are seeking a highly motivated and thorough Commercial/Residential HVAC Salesmanresponsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities within the commercial/Residential market by building relationships with potential clients, understanding their HVAC needs, presenting customized solutions, and closing deals to sell heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets;requiring a deep understanding of Commercial /Residential systems, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

Actively prospect for new commercial/residential clients through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and utilizing market research to identify potential leads within assigned territory.

  • Customer Needs Analysis:

Conduct site visits to assess existing HVAC systems, identify inefficiencies, and understand client requirements to develop tailored solutions.

  • Sales Presentations:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the benefits of our HVAC systems, including energy efficiency, cost savings, and system features, to prospective clients.

  • Proposal Development:

Create detailed and customized proposals outlining system specifications, pricing, and project timelines to meet individual client needs.

  • Relationship Building:

Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers within commercial businesses, including building owners, facility managers, and contractors, to foster repeat business.

  • Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales deals while maximizing profitability and achieving sales targets.

  • Technical Expertise:

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including design, installation, maintenance, and industry trends to effectively address client concerns.

  • Post-Sale Support:

Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution, address customer inquiries, and manage post-sale customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

Proven track record of success in commercial HVAC sales, preferably with a background in building systems and project management.

  • Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including air handling units, rooftop units, chillers, and controls.

  • Sales Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Relationship Building:

Ability to build rapport with clients and establish strong working relationships.

  • Industry Awareness:

Knowledge of current industry trends, regulations, and competitor landscape.

  • Computer Proficiency:

Proficient in CRM software, sales tools, and project management applications.
