Description:

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Laundry is responsible for contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Laundry Department.

Qualifications:

• Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.

• Ideally with a university degree/diploma in hospitality/hotel management.

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Team Leader - Laundry within luxury hotels is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to service.

• Good interpersonal skills multitasking, and organizational abilities as well as computer proficiency are essential.
