Scope

  • Manage and conduct Quality Assurance and Training for ATAP Emergency Assistance, Claims and Customer Service Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Service teams

  • Responsible for the training of Emergency Assistance, Claims and Customer Service teams in areas of soft, technical skills and instilling service quality mindset

  • Conducting New Hire, Refresher and Development Training for Emergency Assistance, Claims and Customer Service teams

  • Responsible for creating and developing material for new hire, refresher, and development training courses

  • Develop and update training manuals for ongoing coaching and development

  • Conducts call and case monitoring as well as coaching for Emergency Assistance, Claims and Customer Service to gather trend analysis for employee improvement

  • Provides monthly Quality Assurance analysis and reports

  • Develop and maintain KL and Accenture Manila SharePoint page

  • Maintain the Quality Assurance and Training SOPs

  • Driving the process improvement

  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager

  • Identify training and development needs for Emergency Assistance, Claims and Customer
