About the Role
The Financial Analyst - Master Data is responsible for supporting all financial aspects of the CBRE APAC/EMEA business, driving quality and contract management execution within business unit and ensures SLA & Business KPIs are met
What You'll Do
Perform Customer & Project Master Data creation / amendment.
Perform upkeep of the DoA Matrix
Manage Service Performance Review
Support monthly or yearly SOX testing by providing all relevant documentations
Manage / monitor query resolution related to Master Data / DoA
Participate in UAT as when needed
Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals
Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time
What You'll Need
Preferably possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Business Administration/ Computer Science (Major Database Management) or related area
At least 1-2 years’ experience in a Finance / SSC / Audit environment preferably with Master Data maintenance
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
High level of accuracy, numerical ability and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadline
Proficiency in English
A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team
Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge
