About the Role:

As a CBRE Finance Analyst, you will apply basic cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.

This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

What You’ll Do:

• Audit expense repprts based on expense audit rules and ensure compliance with the T&E Policies.

• Process all requests received from Countries in accordance to Service Leve Agreement.

• Timely response by providing solutions to internal customer queries.

• Complete the monthly closing activities in a timely manner.

• Prepare T&E rejection analysis for country review.

• Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies, Sarbane-Oxley (SOX) requirements, SSC processes and procedures.

• Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.

• Organised, Tactful, Dependable, Analytica & Meticulous.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team.

• Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge.
