The Cigna Group Administrative Staff in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Department: Provider Relations – Kuala Lumpur Office.

Reports to: SSV /SV _ Kuala Lumpur

Employment type: Temporary (6months)

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail oriented & highly organized temporary administrative staff member to support our Provider Relations Department. You will be assisting Cigna’s business across the regions with administrative tasks, data management and support trainings with healthcare providers to ensure efficient departmental operations run smoothly during peak period or special projects.

Key responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management.

  • Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.

  • Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and coordinate calendars.

  • Any related task assigned by manager.

Data Management

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in databases and systems.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.

  • Conduct data verification and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Provider Relations

  • Help coordinate and schedule provider meetings and training sessions.

  • Support the distribution and collection of provider-related materials and information.

  • Support preparing promotional materials for ongoing or new projects.

  • Assist escalation from providers by supporting internal staff in a timely and professional manner.

Compliance and Confidentiality

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information in accordance with company policies.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong performance track record & able to start immediately.

  • International mind-set, with holistic view and able to work remotely with peers across locations/regions

  • Able to commit to full 6 months period.

  • Proficient in English; additional language is a plus.

  • Good communication skills, and knowledge of Window tools, e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Word, One note

  • Action-orientated problem-solving attitude & strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Able to seek out best practice in order to effectively deal with diverse, complex and highly sensitive issues

  • Accountability – assume ownership for achieving personal results and collective team goal.
