Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term strategic plan, annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts, for a reliable and agile forecasting process while utilizing professional judgement to support management.

  • Deliver timely and high-quality monthly financial reports, to address business and operational performance highlights and also alert potential risks.

  • Initiate process improvements, reporting intelligence improvements and actively participate in Corporate projects, to enhance financial planning and analytical tools to satisfy business growth demands.

  • Work closely with multi-teams to track the financial performance, keep proactive communications and take appropriate actions.

  • Provide business reviews or ad hoc business related projects as financial expert, and contribute in-depth knowledge and experiences.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field.

Additional Skills:

  • Proven successful project management skills.

  • Extensive knowledge of OneStream; Experience working within JDE preferred.

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Good communication skills, and fluent in both written and verbal English.

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.

  • Extensive knowledge of own area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.

  • Extensive understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).

  • Extensive understanding of related aspects of financial processes and/or systems

  • Strict attention to detail.

  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.

  • Ability to represent leadership on sections of projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and finance team.

  • Ability to consult in project setting within specific sections of financial area.

  • Ability to provide financial leadership to outsourcing partners on a task level.

  • Strong business acumen about industry.

  • Ability to interact well across different functions, levels and personality types.

  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
