How you will make an impact:

  • Provide coaching notes and feedback to the scrum teams and leaders of the teams. Ensure leaders and stakeholders are aware of the change via the change management strategy and process.

  • Manage the training for new scrum teams while helping to develop skills during the sustainment period.

  • Lead Scrum Transformation Waves (up to three teams at a time) from readiness to sustaining phases of the transformation. Mainly coach the teams on agile ways of thinking and scrum methodology. Ensure teams get value from the cadences and are adopting ways of working.

  • Continuously iterate on training material and ways to help teams be successful

  • Serve as agile subject matter expert, including guiding and mentoring project managers, scrum masters, product owner and development team.

  • Serve as a backup coach when needed in a different region.

  • Other incidental duties.

What you'll need (Required):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.

  • 8 years years experience of hands on experience managing projects of increasing complexity Required.

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • Demonstrated experience in leading organizations through an agile transformation required.

  • 8 years of hands on experience coaching and training scrum teams.

  • Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management systems.

  • Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.

  • Extensive understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to agile, change management and software development.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent understanding and work experience with project budgets and financial management.

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence change.

  • Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with management and executive stakeholders.

  • Experience within a regulated environment.

  • Strict attention to detail.

  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.

  • Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment.
