The Staff Application Operations Engineer for Cytiva is responsible for providing technical support to the Cytiva Oracle ERP Application (ver. 12.2) working on various modules like Financials, Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and others; resolving incidents, providing solutions working with multiple stakeholders.

This position is part of the ERP Operations Team located in Europe. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

  • Provide Oracle Technical Support for Incidents/Problems/Requests to the business end users working collaboratively with functional module experts, DBAs, Infrastructure, Network, Functional and other teams. Providing solutions and driving team to deliver solutions across enterprise applications

  • Handle technical issues during critical business escalations driving critical incidents to closure with help of multiple teams to minimize business disruption. Identify root cause for issues and work on fixes/solutions. Planning and Executing Disaster Recovery drills together with Support, Architecture, and Infrastructure Teams.

  • Helping in ensuring business processes such as Month-end/Quarter-end financial closing, daily plan execution, order booking, etc. are successfully completed on time and issues are resolved on time.

  • Manage SOX Controls, represent the team for Audits (Internal/External),supporting and managing requirements for requirements & evidences

  • Support Change & Incident Management, taking care all the demand management process for ERP Operations team and representing ERP Operations Team on the cross-functional IT teams on topics related to Architecture, Testing, DBA, Release.

Who you are:

  • A techno-functional professional with solid experience working with ORACLE ERP working on modules like Financials, Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management and others. Experience with Oracle ERP ver. 12.2

  • Having extensive experience in troubleshooting and providing solutions to business issues. Driving solutions across different modules, simplifying business processes, and delivering solutions to complex business problems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to relate to business risks, quick learner, positive, energetic and self-motivated. Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Fluency in ENGLISH is mandatory.

  • Ability to work & navigate in a matrix organization. Proactive, persists to completion especially in a challenging business environment.

  • Experience in various Oracle ERP Application module (ver. 12.2), SQL, PL *SQL, Forms, Reports, Data Loader, ADI, MS Office suite, Scripting in Perl or Python or VBA. Experience in tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Preferable experience working on ERP Operations in the Healthcare/Biopharma industry

  • Experience in working in a multi-cultural global team environment and very dynamic business with regular M&A.

  • Oracle EBS Applications Certifications
