Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment

• Solid written and verbal English skills (Upper-Intermediate Level)

• Understanding of software development process and technologies

• Experience in full cycle of recruitment

• Experience in direct search and headhunting

• Good knowledge of different recruitment tools 

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• You are positive and honest person, attentive to the details

Would be a plus:

• Technical background

Responsibilities:

• Providing full cycle of recruitment of IT specialists of different levels

• Maintaining candidates database

• Generation of new ways and approaches in attracting the best market specialists
