AON UK Client Service Delivery Specialist (Named Support) in Krakow, Poland

In this role, you will manage risk and healthcare renewal activities for a client portfolio, serving as the primary contact for inquiries related to insurance servicing, policies, and invoicing. Your proactive approach will enhance client satisfaction and strengthen provider relationships!

Our office is located in Cracow, and the position is open for hybrid working arrangement.

What the day will look like

  • Being responsible and taking ownership on Risk and Healthcare renewal activities for assigned Portfolio of clients

  • Responding to variety of queries from the clients, providers, internal Aon Teams (e.g. insurer servicing queries, documentation queries, invoicing queries, P11D queries, eligibility queries, policy and data queries)

  • Taking part in local strategy discussion, selecting the accurate renewal path and provide necessary documentation

  • Obtaining relevant data and preparing Risk Forecaster analysis

  • Liaising with client and insurer for on risk requirements

  • Final checking and completing of policy utilization reports

  • Processing any renewals subject to exception (e.g. bespoke contract)

  • Liaising with the clients and providers on Medical Underwriting requirements

  • Requesting renewal terms/loss ratios from providers and initiating relevant processes in the system

  • Keeping system records up to date (e.g. client or portfolio transfer)

  • Being an insurer champion (if required) – building positive relationships with the providers

  • Taking ownership over M&A work / TUPE / acquisitions – data gathering and initiating further processes

  • Taking ownership over claims management – death, GIP, GCI claims: coordinate the process between clients and providers, keeping all relevant parties up to date, tracking and managing claims review

  • Cooperating with Aon Finance Teams -

  • Understanding and complying with the financial & industry regulations and legislations

  • Providing a proactive professional telephone handling service for both internal and external contacts, including clients, providers, and Aon colleagues

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • English - C1 (written & spoken)

  • At least 3 years of previous professional experience

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and proactively using own initiative

  • Skilled at building positive relationships with an ability to manage numerous stakeholders.

  • Confident communicator with both colleagues and clients at all levels of organisation.

  • Excellent listening, organisation, and presentation skills

  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge.

  • Ability to adapt to change

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including excel

  • Extensive knowledge of Group Risk and Healthcare industry would be an asset

  • Experience of dealing with claims would be an asset

  • University degree or equivalent work experience would be an asset
