Cisco The Opportunity Platform (TOP) - Cisco CX Apprenticeship in Krakow, Poland

Location: Cracow, Warsaw, Gdansk - Poland (We follow a hybrid work approach - you may be expected to visit our office occasionally)

Start Date: Mid-October / Mid-November 2024

What we offer:

The Cisco CX apprenticeship combines on-the-job experience with training. Apprentices work with experienced engineers and professionals in real-life projects and undergo relevant training while earning a wage. This program offers a Cisco fixed-term contract of 2 years. During this time, Apprentices develop their skills and talent towards securing a permanent position at the end of their contract.

Available Job Roles:

➡️ Project Specialist

In this role, you’ll be part of an actively growing Professional Services (PS) team. The Cisco PS organization helps customers optimize their network investment and speed the adoption and migration of sophisticated technologies. A key component of the PS portfolio is our Project Management capability and expertise.

For Project Specialist, day-to-day activities include:

  • Successful completion of customer projects ensuring that the project objectives, customer acceptance criteria and internal performance metrics are achieved.

  • Ensuring compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements.

  • Managing internal and external collaborators, subcontractor partners and project team members and ensuring the accuracy of project data in internal tools and systems

➡️ High Touch Operations Analyst

Cisco seeks High Touch Operations Analyst to work with designated customers, such as Large Enterprise Companies, ensuring they receive premium-level service. As the person between the customer and Cisco Support Services, you will track everyone and everything that touches the service process, driving improvements and ensuring excellence at every phase. With significant exposure both internally and externally, you will have the chance to create a difference in this stimulating role.

For High Touch Operations Specialists, day-to-day activities include:

  • Support delivery of the High Touch Technical Care program to major accounts.

  • Regularly work well with Cisco's customer and internal teams in a coordinated fashion to ensure problem resolution.

  • Identify, build and manage relationships with customers' operational teams, and their management

  • Coordinate technical support to accurately handle operational issues and customer needs, and ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.

➡️ Consulting Engineer

As a Consulting Engineer, you will become a trusted advisor to our customers. You will collaborate with them to build a proven, long-term relationship, providing thought leadership in solving their technology challenges and supporting them in achieving their business outcomes. On a day-to-day basis, this involves working with them directly to review their technical business requirements to propose new technology designs that will meet their current and future needs. This will involve the provision of a range of IT consultancy services and the creation and presentation of project documentation incorporating elements of design, implementation and testing in line with Cisco standards.

For Consulting Engineers, day-to-day activities include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with a variety of international customers

  • Navigate customers through evolving technology and digital transformation.

  • Prepare customer's business and technology infrastructure for emerging trends

  • Propose and review data centre, cloud, network or security designs exceeding business specifications.

  • Install, configure, and integrate new solutions or applications of Cisco and third-party solutions.

  • Building a specialization in a specific technology, customer or market segment, based on broad general training.

Requirements to be eligible for a role:

  • You are based, able to live and work in Poland and hold a refugee status (VISA sponsorship from Cisco is not provided).

  • You have good written and verbal English interpersonal skills.

  • You have strong organisational and analytical skills.

  • You have a curiosity about technology demeanour

  • You produce quality work.

  • You can adjust to a constantly evolving environment and prioritize your activities/set the right expectations with your internal and external partners.
