Your Role and Responsibilities

WatsonX & Watson Machine Learning is looking for Software Engineer Interns to work from Cracow (Poland) office on edge-cutting AI solutions.

Have you heard about generative AI (like GPT models) and AutoML soultions? In that role, you'll have the chance to get familiar with ongoing AI revolution.

As a member of the team, you will work as part of the wider community within WatsonX & Watson Machine Learning.

You will get familiar with multiple AI technologies the team is working on and contribute to it in different areas of software development.

A successful individual for this role should possess:

• Self-driven and a desire to continually learn

• Good code writing discipline and an eye for code efficiency

• Strong analytical and problem-solving thinking

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience coding and debugging in Python

• Basic experience with standard machine learning techniques and machine learning tools and frameworks including but not limited to: scikit-learn, xgboost, pandas, numpy

• Strong problem solving/troubleshooting abilities

• Fluent in written and spoken English

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with Jenkins is a plus

• Experience with cloud environments is a plus

• Experience with test frameworks and test automation is a plus
