AON Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst in Krakow, Poland

Aon Sp. z o.o. Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst

We are currently looking for a Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst, working within the Global Transfer Pricing team and reporting to the Transfer Pricing Team Manager based in Krakow, who will assist with a variety of Transfer Pricing projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and transfer pricing compliance.

  • Prepare OECD Master Files and Local Files as well as US transfer pricing documentation.

  • Preparation of benchmarking analyses for various intercompany transactions based on external databases.

  • Review and reconcile intercompany transaction data for tax compliance and tax audit purposes.

  • Maintain close working relationships with business and finance teams to monitor intercompany transactions.

  • Provide financial support in conjunction with the corporate tax and local finance teams.

  • Mentor and support junior staff.

    Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related field, with emphasis on finance and accounting.

  • Proficiency with MS Office (especially proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Previous experience in Transfer Pricing and Tax areas.

  • Advanced financial modeling, database, and research skills.

  • Collaborates in a global team environment.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to focus on accuracy and timeliness.

  • Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple projects.

  • Workday, Tableau and/or Alteryx experience a plus.
