Junior Invoicing and Dispute Management Analyst
Location – Cracow
Why is this job for you:
As a part of EMEA OTC group, you will be handling invoicing and dispute management processes for our key customers from e-commerce sector. You will have an opportunity to learn end to end OTC processes, create financial documents in internal billing systems, upload them to client’s portals and resolve any potential reclamations.
You will have a chance to work in the dynamic and multinational environment with many interesting challenges and opportunities to grow. You will collaborate closely with various different departments and will serve as a liaison between the customer, out Box Plant facilities teams, OTC Credit and Collection teams and customer service department.
You will:
Creation of financial documents in internal billing systems
Documents upload to client’s portal
Daily reconciliation between our and client’s systems
Handling all the disputes and reclamations of customer’s in scope, making sure all claims are addressed to appropriate departments and resolved timely
Overseeing Invoice Adjustment process, obtaining all necessary approvals (based on internal Delegation of Authority matrix) and creation of adjustment in internal billing systems
Collaborating closely with Customer Service, Collection and Credit Teams, as well as Box Plant facilities teams; building a strong relationship with our external customers;
Ensuring internal controls are put in place and policies are respected
You have:
Fluency in English, additional knowledge of French or Spanish would be a plus
Previous work experience in OTC or customer service would be a plus
Understanding of business processes and problem solving skills
Working knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel)
Ability to work with limited general supervision
