AON Data Privacy Analyst in Krakow, Poland
UK Pensions Administration Data Privacy Team is a small internal team whose role is to ensure ongoing privacy compliance of this specific part of Aon’s business. The team manages privacy requirements across the UK Pensions Administration business and facilitates communication between diverse internal and external stakeholders to meet those regulatory requirements.
The team primarily coordinates two privacy processes (Subject Access Requests - SAR, Data Subjects Requests - DSR), runs privacy awareness campaigns, and delivers customised training to the business. The team addresses client and business queries regarding privacy compliance and supports completion of Record of Processing Activities (RPA), Privacy Impact Assessments, etc.

What the day will look like
Coordination of the end-to-end SAR and DSR process involving the Global Privacy Office, operational teams in India and the UK, Client Relationship Managers as well as management of the case log
Comprehensive reporting related to the above
Supporting the team in answering privacy-related queries and managing team’s mailbox
Managing RPA, appropriate policies and procedures
Supporting delivery of customised privacy training to the business
Contributing to Aon’s Privacy community projects and knowledge sharing
Cooperation with various Aon teams

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Experience in a corporate environment
Previous privacy or similar (e.g. compliance) experience would be beneficial
Legal education and/or experience in UK pensions administration business would be beneficial
Strong analytical thinking, ability to quickly assess what is important
Very good communication skills, ability to convey observations and recommendations in a clear and concise way
Ability to work independently and good time management skills
Fluent in English (C1 level)
High work ethics
