Jacobs Airport Planner (K/M/X) in Krakow, Poland

Main responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibilities for airport facility planning,

  • Preparing and analyses, airport simulation and capacity/demand assessments,

  • Taking a part in terminal and airside planning and design,

  • Planning airport operations (terminal or airside) and traffic forecasting,

  • Involvement in the bid preparation process,

  • Participating in internal progress meetings and collaborating with designers within the international team and other disciplines;

Here’s what you’ll need :

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor or a Master’s degree in a discipline such as air transport management, airport planning, transport planning or similar,

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in international aviation/airport projects,

  • Experience in airport master planning, terminal and/or airside spatial planning, capacity analysis, terminal facilities planning, support facilities planning etc.,

  • Experience in traffic forecasting and analysis,

  • Knowledge of EASA, ICAO and IATA standards,

  • Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g. Power BI, Domo) and specialist Airport Planning Software (e.g. CAST, AirTOP, AviPlan, Vissim),

  • Good level of English,

  • Data analysis and communication skills,

  • Experience in writing technical reports and presentations;
