ソリューションズ・サービシーズ・その他全社員に対して、サポート業務を提供

品川と大阪にチームメンバーは配置されており、チーム単位で業務を担当

1チーム　2～5名程度

【業務内容】

チームリーダー業務（障がい者雇用メンバーのマネジメント）

メールルーム業務を中心に、障がい者雇用メンバーの業務マネジメントを担当いただきます。

・郵送物／社内便管理、業務サポート

・備品在庫管理、業務サポート

・請求書処理、業務サポート

・ベンダー窓口業務、業務サポート

・新メンバーのサポート・レクチャー

・メンバー体調管理サポート（メンタル面も含む）

PwDの方がやりがいをもって働ける仕組みのサポート

募集要件

【必須要件】

・高卒以上

・PCの基本操作スキル

・コミュニケーションスキル

・PwDメンバーと一緒にチームとして業務をした経験

・ジョブコーチとしての経験

・メンタルケアもしくは専門的な知識、実務経験

【以下の方歓迎】

・語学力（英語）があれば尚可

・総務関連実務経験をお持ちの方
