What is the job about?

This is an exciting dual role as a Product Manager (Benelux) and Sales Developer (Belgium). As the local product manager, you'll be the link between global strategies and local markets, implementing updates and introducing new solutions. As the Sales Developer, you'll pioneer the introduction of innovative products, coaching sales engineers and providing technical support. With a team of 7 across France, Benelux, and Maghreb, and the guidance of our experienced manager in France, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact in water management.

Your main responsibilities:

50% - Product Manager (Benelux)

  • Local Product Management: you will be responsible for implementing product updates and introducing new products in the three countries.

  • Technical support of local marketing coordinators in the introduction to the market of innovative and pioneering product & technical solutions, and in the elaboration of campaigns and customized events,

  • Competition intelligence to provide the sales force with arguments and price positioning understanding,

50% - Sales Developer (Belgium)

  • Promotion and prescription towards designers – consulting engineers – installers – and other decision-makers, of innovative and pioneering product & technical solutions in water circulation and control/automation of HVAC and Plumbing circuits (circulators – boosters – pumps – control valves – controllers – PLC’s),

  • Work closely with the Sales Development Manager to create comprehensive sales development plans for the area.

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in either technical sales or product management.

  • Fluent in Dutch & English, French is a big plus.

  • Good knowledge of control and automation of HVAC and Plumbing circuits.

  • Experience in specifying and selling plug’n’play and tailor-made technical solutions.

  • Knowledge of project management in Building industry.

  • Proactiveness and the ability to influence others.

  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.

  • Experience working with CRM and MS office, specifically Excel for analyzing purposes.
