Role Summary:

Site Human Resources will play a strategic partner to the Operations Team by working closely with Site Head to sets the direction for HR to drive a strong performance driven Organization for the WTRIPL, Kolkata. Serve as a part of leadership team at site level.

Responsibilities:

Meet the required hiring requirement with the collaboration with recruitment team.

Retention of employees

Preparing Induction plan of New Joiners, joining formalities, Making Organization announcement for Kolkata Location

Preparing for the monthly newsletters for the Kolkata, Prepare the Employee Engagement calendar & get it approved for the execution.

Work with Compliance agency that all the operation vendors are following the labour laws & review the SLA.

Work with the Site Functional Leaders for their team development & helping them for training identification & nominate them for Wabtec India Training programme.

Prepare Payroll Input for the site & work closely HR Ops team for timely submission.

Work with the Wabtec India COE for smooth & timely closure of Performance Management / Merit Cycle & Goal setting of employees.

Lead the engagement with Purchase Service Vendors for effective deployment of resources as per quality metrics in service agreements and work closely with concerned stake holder to deliver administrative support needed for the Sites.

Formulation of the Policy related to admin facilities & effective measurement of the performance & provide the better services.

Effective data management and using data to create preventive mechanisms for the better services at factory.3rd party- Contingent workers payroll coordination.

Conducting training under POSH. Highest Levels of Service Oriented mindset.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree in human resources management / PMIR with the relevant experience of 2- 3 years in the Railroad Industry.
