Job Description

Danfoss IXA is looking for a skilled and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our strategic vision, focusing on our B2B expansion and strengthening our global market presence.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in driving brand growth through innovative marketing strategies and will be instrumental in steering Danfoss IXA’s brand through its next phase of growth.

The position is located in Kolding, Denmark.

Working remotely for this position is very limited and candidates, who are able to work at our office site in Kolding, will be preferred, with the flexibility to work from home when needed. Travelling can occur (est. 5-10 days per year).

Job Responsibilities

As our new Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing best-in-class sales and marketing materials and coordinate with diverse IXA teams to secure strong selling presence in the global marine markets.

Key tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Create and lead Brand Strategy: Craft and maintain Danfoss IXA’s brand identity across all platforms, ensuring our message resonates clearly and consistently.

• Curate and update digital content for IXA’s website: including newsletters, social media posts, storytelling, managing & maintaining products info, etc.

• Campaign Management: Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to enhance engagement from both B2B perspectives.

• Event Planning: Spearhead the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, exhibitions and product demonstrations to engage our community and stakeholders.

• Lead Generation: Establish key performance indicators for marketing activities, using data to generate high quality leads for sales opportunities.

• Customer trainings: Coordinating with Service engineers and Sales managers and customers for planning, scheduling and arranging customer trainings

• Collaboration & Partnerships: Forge and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations that boost our brand’s presence and reach.

Background & Skills

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• A solid background in strategic marketing roles, with a track record of successful marketing and brand management.

• Comprehensive knowledge of B2B marketing dynamics.

• Adept at campaign management, market research, and analytics.

• Leadership skills to inspire your colleagues, working effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Furthermore, we expect you to have:

• Exceptional communication and project management skills, able to convey complex technical ideas effectively into easy understandable plain language.

• Passion and energy on understanding consumers and the marine emission sensor markets, creating meaningful product and brand experiences for customers and prospects.

• Team player spirit whocan interact with others, across borders and cultures at all levels.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Danish (business proficiency in both languages).

• Marine industry knowledge is nice to have, but not a must.
