Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

Knowledge of integrated facility operations and systems maintenance in engineering/research or manufacturing environment, with significant responsibility for customer relations. Experience and proficiency with IWMS/CMMS in large scale, technical operations and all aspects of process design, system administration and user training and development. Technical expertise to administer process-driven, systems-based (IWMS/CMMS) maintenance. Includes knowledge of building systems and technologies, work scopes and standards, resource requirements and productivity norms for utilities, building maintenance, housekeeping and grounds operations

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising and directing the work of skilled employees on multiple shifts

• Daily tasks will include but are not limited to: equipment maintenance, electrical maintenance and equipment installation

• Assist in tracking KPIs using available systems and tools.

• Fill in as Production Business Unit Leader when required.

• Support activities to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

Work Environment

The work environment involves working in a production facility with exposure to various machinery and equipment. Shifts may vary, and overtime may be required. The facility adheres to safety protocols and encourages a clean and organized workspace through 5S activities. Dress code is typically casual with appropriate safety gear provided when necessary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00
