Job Title: Journeyman Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform all electrical tasks with limited supervision, read and accurately interpret electrical construction drawings, terminate cables, and install and troubleshoot control wiring from schematics. Responsibilities also include installing conduit systems, various lighting systems, and basic control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform all electrical tasks with limited supervision.

• Read and accurately interpret electrical construction drawings.

• Terminate cables and install control wiring from schematics.

• Install conduit systems, various lighting systems, and basic control systems.

• Work with pipe sizes ranging from 3 1/4 to 4 inches.

• Pull wire and terminate as needed.

• Install, alter, add, and/or repair electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the industrial electrical industry.

Essential Skills

• Experience in electrical tasks including conduit installation and termination.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical construction drawings.

• Experience with conduit bending, wiring, and installation.

• Industrial electrical experience.

• Knowledge of control panel installation and troubleshooting (no controls experience needed).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with rigid conduit and pulling wire.

• Proficiency in working with various lighting and basic control systems.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Environment

This position involves working within the industrial electrical industry. The role requires working with various electrical systems, including conduit and control systems. The work environment is dynamic and may involve various shifts and overtime opportunities. Safety protocols and proper attire are mandatory.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
