Aston Carter Project Coordinator in Kohler, Wisconsin

Job Title: Project CoordinatorJob Description

• Executing enrollment of products into our product sampling platforms: Bazaarvoice and Amazon Vine. • Ordering Free of Charge (FOC) product goods for Bazaarvoice program with Service. • Partnering with Amazon Account Management to ensure adequate inventory exists for product review program. • Provide order management support to customer; ensure receipt of FOC goods and resolve any issues. • Maintain monthly request file; provide updates to broader teams. • Verify reviews are syndicating to and other 3rd party websites. • Utilize Bazaarvoice portal for insights.

Hard Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word & PowerPoint)

Soft Skills

  • Extremely organized & excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize and pro-actively problem solve

  • Ability to make decisions and develop and/or improve processes and procedures

  • Ability to create reports and/or policies to create positive influence and gain results

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Kohler, Wisconsin and some days remote.

Work Environment

• Hybrid work schedule with Tuesday and Wednesday required in Kohler, WI. • Supervisory Relationships: Reports to Manager – Ecommerce. • Organization Relationships: Frequent contact with Digital Merchants, Category Management, Account Management and Customer Service. • External Business Relationships: Frequent contact with Bazaarvoice partners; limited contact with Amazon Vines support.
