The Kodiak Island Borough School District has the following vacancy for the 2024-2025 school year:
PROJECT SPECIALIST* Location: Kodiak Middle School Hours: 1. hrs/day, 5 days/week, 9 months Salary: Entry Range 21, Step 1: $26.27 per hour *This position is grant-funded, one-year only.
Position Summary: Under the general supervision of the direct supervisor, the Project Specialist position will provide academic support, assists students with the technical and instructional aspects of completing traditional courses, distance learning courses, and/or Homeschool courses. The Project Specialist could assist students with academic goals, assistance with student learning plans, and facilitate communication with parents/ guardians regarding support, areas of focus and overall academic need of students.
