Randstad has an opening for a swing shift Maintenance Lead in the Kodak, TN area! This role would require previous Maintenance Tech Lead experience for consideration. Responsibilities

• Be an active team member in a cross functional team to monitor area metrics, and drive equipment performance. Lead root cause analysis investigations.

• Conduct repairs, maintenance, and morning startup on equipment, conveyors, air compressors, and other automated systems in the warehouse.

• Manage, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and rebuilds within the warehouse.

• Perform electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical tests to determine root cause of failures and ensure equipment functions properly

• Troubleshoot systems, processes, and assemblies using blueprints and schematics.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 20lbs

• standing for 12 hours at one time

• working weekends
