MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Manageagroupofcustomerstoachievedesignatedsalestargetlevels.
Developprofitablebusinesswithnewandexistingcustomers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Possessandapplydetailedproductknowledgeaswellasthoroughknowledgeofclient'sbusiness.
Responsibleforthedirectsalesprocess,aimingatmeetingand/orexceedingsalestargets.
Isinchargeofsalesexpansion,introducenewproducts/servicestoclientsandorganizevisitstocurrentandpotentialclients.
Submitshortandlong-rangesalesplansandpreparesalesstrategiesutilizingavailablemarketingprogramstoreachnominatedtargets.
Responsibleforretaininglong-termcustomerrelationshipswithestablishedclients.
Ensurethatclientsreceivehighqualitycustomerservice.
Informclientsofnewproductsandservicesastheyareintroduced,Migrateinformationtoappropriatesalesrepresentativewhenclientshaveadditionalserviceneeds.
