We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. This position requires a proactive, energetic, and highly organised individual who can manage a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This position requires working from the office in Cochin.

What you will do:

● Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

● Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO.

● Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings. Take minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-up.

● Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.

● Event Planning: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.

● Document Management: Maintain and organize important documents, records, and reports. Ensure timely and accurate filing and retrieval of information.

● Research and Analysis: Conduct research and gather information as needed to support decision-making processes. Provide summaries and insights to the CEO.

● Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
