Core Responsibilities
Elevate eCom marketing tactics into global campaigns and contribute to the global LEGO shopper marketing activation calendar establishment.
Provide eCom insights and expertise for global shopper campaign briefs and influence the development of effective digital marketing strategies.
Own the global eCom shopper campaign content framework and collaborate with partners to enhance content performance.
Facilitate global-local collaboration, using campaign performance reviews and shopper insights to innovate and guide eCommerce content production.
Establish integrated campaign content production guardrails for D2C & B2B

The e-content team sets global standards for eCom campaign marketing, e-merchandising, and copy. As part of the global Retail Shopper Marketing team, we deliver the activation calendar, shopper briefs, and co-develop campaigns with Our LEGO Agency. We specialize in bridging global marketing, agency partners, and market groups, providing digital shopper marketing expertise to support frontline teams and e-com partners.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate has a broad experience in e-commerce marketing, bridging strategic planning and operational campaign execution. To succeed in this role we are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
In depth knowledge of e-commerce shopper journey centric E2E campaign development and activation, preferably from a leading e-retailer and/or eCom agency
Knowledge of e-Com marketing tactics, tech and performance data management incl. PPC, SEO, Social, Content Marketing and e-merchandising
Proven track record of indirectly managing regional/local operational partners as part of a global matrix organization or project/agency team
Strong communication & interpersonal skills, having the ability to influence diverse stakeholder audiences effectively
Analytical with the ability to translate insights into business opportunities and cases for change
