Eurofins Business Unit Manager – Environmental Services in Knurów, Poland

Develop the stack emission & workplace health business operations both in terms of volume and process efficiency
Lead the team from recruitment & training to performance management
Deliver high quality services to external customers
Ensure high quality and timely delivery of service (in line Eurofins Operational Excellence)
Drive lean organization and strive for efficiency
Meet the operational and financial targets as defined by the Group
MSc degree
Experience in operations management preferably in an international environment
At least basic financial (P&L and CF) knowledge
Practical understanding of industrial CI (continuous improvement) methodologies
Good level of English is a requirement
Expertise in industry (TIC – Testing, Inspection and Certification) is not required
