Performance Contracting is seeking an entry-level CDL Vacuum Truck Lead for its Knoxville 147 industrial services near Knoxville, TN .Job duties may include:
Perform successful vacuum operations, removal of unwanted materials, line cleaning in various industries (process, municipalities, power generating, and nuclear)
Routinely work with raw materials and sanitary materials, and dispose of materials safely
Travel to various sites within the area to perform work
Evaluate job sites for safety hazards and communicate any unsafe areas
The ability tomaneuverlarge equipment around city streets and rural communities
This is a full-time hourly position; scheduled days are Monday through Friday with a start time of 6:00 am. Must have the ability to travel and respond to emergent work.
This position is safety-sensitive.
Requirements / Requisitos
Basic Requirements:
Must have a Commerical Driver's License (CDL)
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid medical card
No more than 3 traffic violations in 3 years
Individuals must have clean Motor vehicle report for the last 3 years
Ability to withstand prolonged periods standing, sitting and working outside
Must be physically able to perform assigned tasks
Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic
Ability to communicate effectively
On-the-job training offered
Preferred Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Local to Knoxville metropolitan area preferred
