The position starts at $20 per hour during the training phase. After completing the training successfully, the base pay decreases to $15 per hour plus production bonuses. Following training, the average pay usually falls between $28 and $29 per hour.
BASIC FUNCTION:All duties related to the installation of punch out products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains inventory of all installed punch out products including closet shelving, mirrors, bath accessories, shower doors, medicine cabinets and locks.
- Installs and services all punch out related products in accordance with Tindell's quality and customer satisfaction guidelines.
- Responsible for loading, unloading, safety checks, and basic maintenance and care of trucks
- Assists as needed in warehouse, including stocking, inventory counts, and unloading
- Completes required paperwork which includes: 1) time worked, 2) material loaded on truck, 3) material used, 4) material returned to inventory
- Maintains cleanliness of warehouse in accordance with Tindell's safety and administrative policies
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and ABILITIES:
Experience with basic hand tools
Ability to work on ladders
Basic construction knowledge
General knowledge of building trade
