Parts Administrator Responsibilities:

Responsible for posting receipts and outside purchases from Parts Counter personnel.

Responsible for parts maintenance updates (e.g., pricing, super sessions, etc) and any other parts information deemed relative.

Responsible for printing and creating stock orders daily.

Responsible for processing parts charges and cash sales invoices.

Breakdown mail-out’s; file copies and accounting documents.

Check off cash sales from report daily.

Complete accounting on internal invoices.

Process purchase orders, pick-up daily, place into A-Z file, match-up invoices to packing slips.

Complete the accounting on purchase orders and the invoices, match and give to Parts Manager.

Responsible for matching Freightliner invoices with packing slips.

Complete accounting on the original invoice and breakdown any discounts. Give invoices to Parts Manager.

Complete price checks.

Responsible for posting parts internal invoices.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Parts Admininstrator Requirements:

Education

A high school diploma or GED is required. Additional training in computers and a combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Experience

A minimum of four to five years’ experience in an administrative/clerical environment is preferred.

Licenses or Certificates

A valid driver’s license is required.
