Description Robert Half is hiring for a dedicated and success driven Medical Veterinary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our client's fast-paced veterinary clinic in Knoxville on a contract basis. The successful candidate will provide crucial support to ensure smooth and efficient operations during a medical coverage period.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and manage two phone lines, directing calls as needed and providing excellent customer service. Assist customers with scheduling appointments and managing their inquiries. Scan, file, and organize veterinary records efficiently. Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately. Respond to electronic messaging and online requests in a timely and detail oriented manner. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications:

Prior experience in a veterinary setting is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced work environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with computer systems and office software. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Benefits:
