Job Overview:
The Fleet and Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the company's fleet of vehicles and managing inventory control and management processes. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with various teams and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Coordinate vehicle assignments and ensure all vehicles are properly equipped and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor inventory movements, including receiving, shipping, and returns, and update inventory records accordingly.
- Aid in material returns and process returns according to company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and purchasing, to optimize fleet and inventory processes.
- Prepare reports on fleet and inventory performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to fleet and inventory management.
Qualifications:
Experience in administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in fleet management and inventory control.
Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
