We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Finance Director at our location in Knoxville, Tennessee. The Finance Director will be a key player in our manufacturing sector, with a focus on overseeing multiple divisions, driving cost reductions, improving efficiencies, and managing financial planning and analysis teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple divisions within the manufacturing sector

• Drive cost reductions and improve efficiencies across operations

• Manage intercompany transactions and pricing margins

• Conduct cash flow modeling based on order process and volumes

• Perform financial analysis and variance analysis

• Collaborate with the financial planning and analysis teams

• Develop process improvements and growth capacity planning

• Handle accounting functions and budget processes to maximize profitability

• Utilize tools such as SyteLine and Microsoft Excel to improve efficiency and maximize profitability

• Maintain a constant drive towards improving efficiency and maximizing profitability within manufacturing cost accounting.

Must live in the local Knoxville area.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as a Finance Director

• Extensive knowledge of accounting functions

• Proven capability in managing budget processes

• Strong understanding of gross profit and how to maximize profitability

• Experience in initiating and implementing process improvement initiatives

• Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency and maximize efficiency

• Experience in manufacturing cost accounting

• Familiarity with SyteLine software

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• University degree in finance, accounting or a similar field
