In this role, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers and conducting outbound calls to insurance companies to process payments on behalf of customers. Responsibilities

• Provide internal and external customer support while maintaining a high level of professionalism

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls; manage email correspondence as needed

• Provide information to customers regarding insurance benefits, coverage, and payment options

• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of all customer inquiries

• Document all customer activity in a timely manner
