Bookkeepers record financial transactions into organized accounts on a daily basis. They may also collect, organize, and store financial records like cash flow statements, reconciliation statements, and profit and loss statements. work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Assist Senior Accountants in month-end process to include preparing journal entries,

research and data entry

 Prepares financial statements and supporting schedules

 Compiles compensation calculations for payroll submission, including reconciling to

contracted requirements

 Oversees contract/billing accounts receivable invoices in accordance with contract

specifications

 Manages A/R balances which includes contacting clients regarding past due invoices

and preparing aging report for management review. Works with Treasury department

to correct payment posting errors and identify unapplied payments.

 Code accounts payable invoices and corresponding AP research

 Assist analyst with compensation calculations and review as needed

 Completes special projects and other tasks as assigned by management
