We are actively seeking experienced managerial candidates to join a well established company located in Knoxville. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and problem solving for a company responsible for maintenance and janitorial services for numerous clients in the area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to grow and advance!

salary: $46,000 - $52,000 per year

shift: Second

work hours: 5 PM - 2 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Responsible for personnel transactions including hiring, training, supervising and promotions or dismissals when necessary

• Team will perform janitorial and maintenance tasks, area manager is responsible for covering for any employee shortages or call outs

• Manage and schedule team for various facilities

• Perform quality visits and walk through activities to ensure customer satisfaction

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working weekends
