Accounts payable professionals are responsible for managing a company's financial obligations, including processing invoices, making payments, and reconciling accounts. They also maintain records, communicate with vendors, and resolve issues. If qualified please reach out with a time you can have a interveiw this week.

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Documenting and transmitting the purchase order

• Receiving and approving invoices

• Verifying that the invoices are accurate and match the goods or services received

• Recording the invoices in the company's accounting system

• Obtaining approval for payment of the invoices

• Scheduling payments to the vendors or suppliers

• Issuing payment to the vendors or suppliers

• Updating the accounting records to reflect the payment made
