ManpowerGroup Counter Sales Representative in Klamath Falls, Oregon

Our client, a leading company in the electrical distribution industry, is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join their team. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting the Counter Sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a team-oriented attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Counter Sales Representative

Location: Klamath Falls, OR

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

  1. Drive electrical distribution sales for the counter business.

  2. Develop account plans and penetration strategies.

  3. Perform all aspects of selling to maintain and develop new or existing customers.

  4. Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers.

  5. Handle other duties as assigned.

What’s Needed?

  1. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, including communication across all levels within internal and external groups.

  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  3. Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.

  4. Knowledge of electrical products, including lighting, switchgear, controls, and electrical commodities.

  5. Familiarity with automated order entry systems and Windows-based PC software.
